I want to express my gratitude to Northeast Tour for organising our excellent family trip to Guwahati, Shillong, and Kaziranga. In November 2017, my family and I travelled from Rafiganj (Aurangabad, Bihar) to Guwahati, Kamakhya Temple, Shillong, Cherrapunji, Gangtok, Nathula Pass, Darjeeling, and Tiger Hill. The Northeast Tour company looked over our tour plans. To make my travel easier, I personally had many questions regarding the tour, and these had gone on for more than six months. Mr. Vikash, my travel agent, worked with me and patiently clarified all of my questions and concerns. We also talk on WhatsApp. My trip was the nicest tour I've ever taken through an Indian travel company. We had cosy taxis, kind drivers, great lodgings, and, most importantly, delicious cuisine for both vegans and nonvegetarian family members. To plan my projected tour of Himachal this year, I approached him once more.

We appreciate Northeast's exceptional service. We are grateful to dada (Kamesh), who keeps in touch with us often via Whatsapp and schedules everything well. We had a great day and had fantastic hotel service. Basically, we can't forget about all the drivers in the car service. They are doing great. Yumthang, Changu, Zero Point, and Darjeeling were all delicious.

The arrangements made by Northeast Travel for our group of 20 individuals to visit Sikkim and Darjeeling were great, and they are extremely cooperative people. In particular, thank you for such a wonderful tour.

Well, it was a fantastic vacation to close the year, and it was a beautiful experience with Northeast Tour. Everything had been meticulously organised, and all of the reservations had been made well in advance. Both the coordinating team and the drivers were excellent. Overall, Northeast Tour Company is a reliable company. We appreciate Mr. Kameshwar and Mantosh Ji's help.

Beautiful trip - In sikkim our itenary covered lachen, lachung, tsongolake, nathula pass, pelling and gangtok day tour. We were only girls travelling and were had to book with a good tour operator. We scannned through many itenaries, tour agents, reviews and finally chose northeast tours. We got a very good deal. Vikash patiently answered all the doubts we had at all hours before the trip. He was very friendly and always ready to help. He personally came to receive us at the airport and give us our hotel vouchers with some snacks and water in the car. Our entire trip was very well planned, very well cordinated. All the drivers were very friendly and pros at driving. Now coming to the hotels. All the hotels were good except the one at Gangtok. The gangtok hotel was highly ok. We had to actually complain to get the staff working but once we did, the services were much better and so were the rooms. The hotel (snow view) at pelling was the best with the best food. We enjoyed every meal we ate. Highly recommended.
