Nagaland

Considered the ‘wild East’ Nagaland is home to many headhunting tribes, who, until very recently and valiantly, fought off intruders. They would chop off their enemy’s head and ostentatiously hang it on the entrance. This was prevalent in many places across Nagaland until the late 20^th century.
